A little bit about me: I seek to be inspired and to inspire others; to create the space to dream and the facility to bring those dreams to life. After many years of leading video professionals, I believe that successful leadership is guiding execution using a combination of imagination, experience, the best tools and surrounding yourself with people who are truly passionate about making projects stand out. I believe that you only regret the risks you don’t take, and that progress is more important than perfection. If comfort is the enemy of progress, then my aim is to get uncomfortable.
